Cf. supra n° 3603. Эндемичный кустарник, приуроченный к скалам и каменистым россыпям Сихотэ-Алиня; произрастает на высоте 900-1200 (1500) м над ур. м. Чаще встречается на южных склонах. Образует труднопроходимые чащи. Растет крайне медленно. содержит много эфирных масел. Реликтовое растение. Т. Нечаева и В. Верхолат.
