Восточные Саяны, хребет Китойский, р. Саган-Сайр, близ устья ключа Змеевикового, в гольцовом поясе, на сухих скалах с кобрезией. == Montes Sajanenses orientales. Jugum Kitojense, fl. Saghan-Sajr, prope ostium fontis Zmeevikovyi, in rupibus siccis cum Kobresia in subalpinis.. Elev. 2400 m a.s.l.

в Бот. мат. Герб. Бот. инст. АН СССР, XVII, стр. 3 (1955). - Малышев в Бот. мат. Герб. инст. АН СССР, XX, стр. 407 (1960). Этот вид, близкий тибетскому P. concinna (Hook f.) Roshev., описан по сборам с высокогорий Хангая в Монголии и больше ниоткуда не был известен. Издаваемые образцы собраны в Восточных Саянах. Здесь P. Junatovii Grubov обнаружен нами в центральной и западной частях Тункинского хребта и в ряде пунктов Китойского хребта. Произрастает в гольцовом, реже в подгольцовом поясах, на сухих скалистых склонах и склонах, поросших дриадой (Dryas oxydonta Juz.) и кобрезией [Kobresia Bellardii (All.) Degl.] Л. Малышев.
