Cf. supra № 4798a. Издаваемые под этим номером экземпляры занимают промежуточное положение между разновидностью Z. pumpelliana var. glabra (Drob.) Tzvel. и разновидностью Z. pumpelliana var. polita (Drob.) Tzvel. (1964, Аркт. фл. СССР 2 : 226), имеющей волосистые листья и более обильно волосистые нижние цветковые чешуи. Последняя разновидность является в среднем более высокогорной и более сходной с типичными американскими экземплярами этого вида. Н. Цвелев.
