Растение - весьма отличное от настоящей A. distans Grisb., и за разновидность этого вида может быть принимаемо лишь с большой натяжкой. Траутфеттер под var. ambigua раньше указанного места, имено в Acta Horti Petropolitani I, p. 232 (1871); V, p. 483 (1877), разумел растения из Могилева и Дагестана, совершенно отличные от A. tenuiflora, так что это название разновидности может быть применено только к могилевскому растению.
