Russl. p. 160 (p. p.). До последнего времени осока эта не была известна в Сибири восточнее Алтая и только недавно была показана для окр. г. Якутска (см. Kükenthal. Carices Cajanderianae, Öfverg. Finsk. Vetensk.-Soc. Förhandl. t. 45. № 8). Довольно наглядно, кроме других признаков, вид этот отличается от C. hordeistichos Vill. (см. Герб. Р. Фл. №946), с которым обыкновенно его смешивают, более светлым, с красноватым оттенком, цветом листовых влагалищ при основании стебля. Д. Литв. Дата сбора по старому стилю: 9.6.1903.
