Canada (Biol.) 186 : 31. Сравнительно редко встречающийся на Чукотке вид, очень близкий к S. dahurica Willd. и отличающийся от последнего прежде всего опушенными чашелистиками. Не случайно Б.К. Шишкин определял первоначально образцы S. laxmannii как S. dahurica var. pubicalycina Schischk. (in sched.), а М.Г. Попов, издавший первый эксикат S. laxmannii, предлагал для него промежуточную комбинацию dahurica Willd var. laxmannii (Fisch.) M. Pop. (cf. n° 3809). Учитывая сложность и недостаточную изученность форм и рас, относимых к комплексу longipes Goldie, s. l., мы предпочли сохранить для издаваемых растений таксономический ранг вида, принятый во "Флоре СССР". S. laxmannii тречается на Чукотке главным образом в южных районах, в поймах, у водотоков на южных склонах и гораздо реже - на теплых береговых склонах тундровых рек и ручьев. В. Петровский.
