Chark., p. 53 (1859). - Turcz. Fl. baic.-dahur. II, p. 54 (1856). - R. acetosa var. angustata Meisn. in DC. Prodr. XIV, p. 65 (1856). Отличается от R. acetosa L. более жесткими листьями, обыкновенно шершавыми [...], с узко треугольными отгибающимися нижними [...], более или менее мощным корнем, пирамидальным соцветием, более округлыми долями околоцветника при плодах. В пределах СССР границы распространения его почти совпадают с распространением R. acetosa L., но R. thyrsiflorus Fing. встречается на более сухих местах, на песчаных и известковых почвах, на обрывах и галечниках, тогда как R. acetosa L. - растение лугов, болот и влажных лесов.
