Издаваемые образцы отличаются несколько большими размерами стебля (до 8 см высоты), большим количеством листьев на стебле (до 4). Эндем Алтайско-Саянской области. Свойствен высокогорному поясу Алтая и Саян. Произрастает в местах с полузадерненной влажной почвой у снежников, среди валунов, у основания скал и на скалах. И. Красноборов.
