Издаваемый образец представляет собой гибрид названных видов; подобные растения сохраняют часто некоторые типичные черты родительских видов, откуда понятным является отнесение монографом рода Шульцем таких экземпляров к особой разновидности желтого донника. Гибриды эти известны из многочисленных местонахождений в Восточной Сибири и распространены, в области налегания ареалов родительских видов, от предгорий Саян до восточного Забайкалья. Е. Бобров.
