Восточный Саян, близ сел. Агинского, в светлом смешанном лесу (с пребладанием березы) у подножия гор. == Montes Sajanenses Orientales, prope pag. Aginskoje, in silva lucida mixta (praecipue betulina) ad radices montium.

P. incarnata (DC.) Freyn может рассматриваться как отдельный вид, несмотря на то что она отличается от P. ratundifolia L. В сущности одним единственным признакам – темно-красной окраской цветков. Однако в данном случае этот признак несомненно характеризует особую расу, встречающуюся только в Сибири и где-то на Урале. В горной тайге Сибири она полностью замещает белоцветковую расу, т. е. P. ratundifolia. Ан. Федоров.
