II, p. 426 (1844). - Старые авторы (Willdenow, Sp. pl. I, 181; Sims in Bot. Mag. t. 714), почему-то смешавали данный вид с резко отличной от него P. sibirica (L.) Juss. Наше растение является полукустарничковым, горазд более высоким и имеет на стеблях много пар до основания перисто-рассеченных листьев; оно является стенным, главным образом дауро-монгольским и маньчжурским видом, в прибайкальской Сибири очень обычным по южным каменистым склонам.
