Прибрежно-морской петрофит. Распространен вдоль побережья Японского моря в южн. части Приморья, заходит в сев. часть п-ова Корея. Произрастает совместно с близким видом A. coidzumii Nakai, от которого хорошо отличается формой листьев: они перисто-лопастные с широкоовальными, едва приостренными лопастями. Э. Бойко.
