Syst. veg. p. 496 (1826). - A. inodora MB. Fl. taur.-cauc. II, p. 29 (1808); III, p. 565 (1812) non Miller, Gard. dict. ed. VIII, № 16 (1786) nec Willd. Sp. pl. 3 (1800). Вид впервые описан Маршал Биберштейном в его крымско-кавказской Флоре, но поскольку название A. inodora было еще раньше употреблено старыми авторами для других видов (см., например, Miller, l. c.; Willdenov, l. c.), то еще в 1826 г. Шпренгель предложил новое наименование - A. Marschalliana Spreng. (l. c.). Можно считать, что A. Marschalliana Spreng., равная A. inodora MB., является обычным растением нашей степной области, заходя в некоторых районах как на север в лесостепь, так и на юг в северную часть пустынных районов, обычно в степных группировках, на каменистых склоных и т. п. В русской флористической и ботанико-географической литературе обычно этот вид фигурировал под именем A. campestris L. s. lat. или A. inodora MB. И. Крашенинников.
