Издаваемые растения являются одноименными экземплярами преимущественно двудомного вида U. dioica; они неоднократно описывались как его формы или разновидности (например, f. monoica Čelak.). Встречаются как редкая примесь среди женских или мужских особей этого вида; больших скоплений, как правило, не образует. Д. Гельтман.
