Isotypus. 1968, Новости сист. высш. раст. 1968 : 60. — S. siberica Haw. subsp. otschiauriae (Mordak) Mordak, 1971, Бот. журн. 56, 10 : 1451. Издаваемые образцы являются изотипами. Эндемик Восточной Грузии (Кахетии). Встречается в двух соседних ущельях рек Инцоба и Лопота от среднегорного лесного пояса до субальпийских лугов. Отличается от других видов обычно одиночными, крупными, интенсивно синими цветками. Е. Мордак.
